Prof. Dr. Jeronim Perović
Jeronim Perović is SNSF professor at the University of Zurich since 2011. He is past Academic Associate at the Department of History of the University of Basel (2008-2011) and former Head of the Russia/Eurasia program at the Center for Security Studies at ETH Zurich (1997-2003, 2003-2005). He was an international student at the Russian State University for the Humanities in Moscow in 1995-1996, a short-term scholar at the Kennan Institute of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington DC in 2002, a visiting scholar at the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies at Harvard University in 2003-2005, and a visiting guest scholar the Center for Russian, East European and Eurasian Studies at Stanford University in 2014. He studied History, Political Science and Russian Literature in Zurich and Moscow (1991-1997), and obtained his PhD from the University of Zurich in 2000 and his Habilitation from the same institution in 2013.
