Project Description

In cooperation with International Center for Agribusiness Research and Education (ICARE), CRRC-Armenia is implementing the project on assessment of the existing staff appraisal system and needs of the Ministry of Agriculture (MoA) of the Republic of Armenia and its subdivisions. This project will support the MoA and adjacent agencies personnel to run more effective working practices that will result in successful implementation of Sustainable Agricultural Development Strategy.

Methodology

Assessment will include both quantitate and qualitative components. We will use online surveys and in-depth interviews to collect the necessary data. The online survey will be sent to all employees of the MoA and the subdivisions (more than 400 people). In-depth interviews also will cover all divisions and subdivisions of MoA. In total 50 in-depth interviews will be conducted.
