Biography :
Arsen Kharatyan received his MA in Oriental Studies from Yerevan State University in 2005. From 2005 to 2008 has been enrolled in the PhD program at the department of Sociology at YSU. 2009-2013 studied at George Mason University’s School for Conflict Analysis & Resolution. From 2003 to 2008 worked at the German Technical Cooperation (currently GIZ), coordinating public participation in Armenia’s Poverty Reduction Strategy (PRS). 2009-2014, Kharatyan worked at Voice of America’s Armenian service in Washington DC as a broadcasting journalist. Since 2015 is the Editor-in-chief of Tbilisi-based the Armenian language media platform “Aliq Media”.
