Project Description

The goal of this project is to try to identify the entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial human capacities of Syrian Armenians as well as their specific needs for economic integration.

The objective is to create a Syrian Armenian Database (SyAD), providing data on (i) socio-demographic, (ii) employability characteristics of the Syrian Armenians residing in Armenia, as well as (iii) prospective entrepreneurs and (iv) the key stakeholders in the economic integration of Syrian Armenians.

The employability characteristics are to reflect on a set of skills (soft, hard, technical, transferable etc.) and purposeful learning with specific opportunities for development.
