Regional Research Agenda
The Regional Research Agenda is a document that will improve regional research cooperation for sustainable development of the Caucasus mountain region. Elaborating the Agenda was part of the project “Supporting Sustainable Mountain Development in the Caucasus (Sustainable Caucasus)” funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation under the SCOPES Program.
The Caucasus Mountain Forum (CMF) closing session was dedicated to a plenary discussion of the Caucasus Regional Research Agenda, with the involvement of representatives of government, practitioners and scientists from the Caucasus, Carpathians and Alpine regions, while thematic chapters were discussed during relevant thematic sessions and workshops of the Forum. Participants of the CMF were invited to contribute their ideas on the process toward finalizing the Regional Research Agenda and its content, i.e. thematic chapters.
The second draft of thematic chapters the Regional Research Agenda can be seen here.
